De plus en plus de produits sans OGM sur le marché

Le Guide des produits avec ou sans OGM, qui porte sur l’alimentation des animaux d’élevage dont sont issus le lait, les œufs et la viande, etc., a connu quelques changements depuis sa dernière édition (novembre 2008). De nouvelles entreprises nous ont garanti ne pas utiliser d’OGM à tous les stades de la fabrication de leurs produits…

Ainsi, nous nous réjouissons des efforts de Fauchon : leurs saumons, leurs foies gras, leurs rillettes de la mer, leurs soupes de poisson ainsi que leurs terrines de gibier se trouvent sur la liste verte du Guide. Une démarche est également en cours pour les biscuits, les chocolats et les fromages.

A signaler également l’engagement de Pôle Sud et leurs glaces Sud Régal sans OGM et celui de Delpierre dont les saumons se trouvent également dans la liste verte du Guide. De même, Thiriet, qui commercialise des produits surgelés, a décidé d’exclure les OGM de l’alimentation des saumons Atlantique, des saumons fumés, des truites Arc-en Ciel ainsi que des poulets jaunes en vente dans ses magasins.

Enfin, les producteurs d’époisses AOC, comme la fromagerie Berthaut, ont décidé d’orienter l’alimentation de leurs vaches laitières vers le sans OGM. Ils espèrent y parvenir dans le courant de l’année 2009.

L’engagement des ces industriels est le fruit de la mobilisation de tous les citoyens et consommateurs ! Continuez d’utiliser le Guide des produits avec ou sans OGM et n’hésitez pas à le diffuser autour de vous.
